Our diverse team of 90+ staff includes developers, project managers, QA specialists, designers, marketers, and experts in content and digital strategy. We are headquartered in Montreal, with personnel located across Canada and the United States, and our staff is multilingual.

Our design and digital strategy practice is focused on the intersection between client objectives and user needs, ensuring that our projects are data-driven and user-centric. We’re known for our technical expertise and ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects for world-renowned organizations like Princeton University, McGill University, and the Government of Canada.

We believe in empowering our staff, our clients, and our community. We run a professional training program, organize event series for designers and developers, and are committed to contributing back to open source.

Technical contributions include:

• Next-generation Page Building - New initiative to improve the user experience of content authors and site builders in creating flexible content and landing pages.
• Search API Reindex - Improvements to page indexing to ensure that all content is searchable.
• Easy Upgrades - Our team has ported contributed modules to the latest version of Drupal and made important contributions to the Migrate module in Drupal core, bringing stability to the migration process.
• Migration - Provides extensions to core migration framework functionality, allowing us to migrate content from other platforms and data sources in a stable and reliable way.
• Entity Reference Revisions Translation Fixes- Ensures that translated content is reusable throughout the Drupal CMS, content moderation and content translation.
• Multilingual - Work on the underlying multilingual architecture of Drupal to make fields translatable. Improvements to the workflow for translating landing pages created with Paragraphs.

Community contributions include:

• Discover Drupal Program - Our team helped launch the Discover Drupal program to increase diversity and inclusion in the open source space. We provide training scholarships through the program, empowering people from underrepresented communities to launch their careers in web development, digital marketing, and other related areas.
• Promote Drupal - Our co-founder Suzanne Dergacheva is on the Drupal Marketing Committee and leads the Promote Drupal Initiative, which aims to market Drupal and enhance the Drupal brand. Our Digital Art Director has provided mockups for the restructuring of drupal.org.
• EvolveDrupal - We organize a series of events called EvolveDrupal that attract upwards of 200 attendees and have featured speakers such as Dries Buytaert, the founder of Drupal and Tim Dolye, CEO of the Drupal Association. We also participate in DrupalCons, DrupalCamps, and meetups around the world as speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers, and participate in code sprints to move the Drupal project forward.
