We’ve gone a long way from our humble beginnings in 2007 as a place where university students could get together, ask questions, and discuss their experiences in the job market. In those six years we’ve built the world’s largest community driven graduate forum, with more than 300,000 unique visitors per month and more and more people contributing to our forums every day. The large, wiki-style employment database gives job-seekers an engaging tool to make informed decisions regarding their future. We also offer practice tests and sample interview questions to help potential candidates improve themselves. All of this contributes to make Wikijob more than a simple graduate recruitment website, into a place where the best graduates can come together and find what is right for them.

The flipside of this is that we can offer interested employers a pool of high-value candidates. While the majority of graduates who sign-up for our site are based in the UK, about 25% of them are international, from Europe, Asia, or North America. Our global scope makes for truly international reach, and allows companies interested in bolstering specific regional sections of their business to find suitable individuals to make the most of their recruitment spending. Employers can tap into this pool of graduates in several ways; there is the option of posting availabilities online, of using banners to advertise openings to a large number of people, and of sending targeted e-mails to candidates selected on the basis of their degrees and interest.
