We are providing Drupal consultancy, services and operations for customers of all sizes. Our experience with Drupal goes back as far as 2005 and we live and breath open source such that we support/sponsor contributions back to the community. Our decision to fully focus on Drupal as a platform and not to support any other CMS or web platform helped us to reach a level of expertise which benefits our clients so that they get first class services. Should we ever find ourselves in a situation where we are not able to help directly, which indeed is happening on a regular basis, then we're connected to a huge network of freelancers that we're constantly working with and as a group of experts and enthusiasts we always satisfy our clients.

Main focus of PARAGON's Drupal services is on performance and security. We strongly believe that security in particular should never be an afterthought, insead security requirements are setting the sidelines for each and every platform that we participate to develop. Thanks to the Drupal platform and community, where security is treated seriously and very professionaly, we can operate on this solid platform and provide solutions to our clients that help them sleep well when ever possible - at least Drupal issues should not keep them awake.

Another area of experience is related to 3rd party integration. Payment systems, fax services, translation management systems, DAMs (digital asset management), marketing platforms, you name it. Where we often develop not just corporate websites but fully featured web applications, we don't believe that everything should be done within Drupal directly. Instead, Drupal should be the central platform to orchestrate any number of external services and platforms with specialised responsibility. Therefore, working with APIs and designing business processes to get many individual systems is close to our heart and we're proud of the range of services that we've integrated with Drupal.

Our contribution ranges across a number of areas:

• Sponsoring module development and maintenance, just to name a few: DRD, Commerce Product Dimensions, etracker, Pivot Tables for Views, SQRL, SOFORT Banking for Commerce and Ubercart, SVG Embed, and many more. A few 3rd party integration modules are in the pipeline and need to be approved by clients before they can be made public.
• Drupal User Group Bodensee (http://www.drupal-bodensee.de): Back in 2011 we started this user group which spans across 3 countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and addresses people all around Lake Contance which is right in the middle of these 3 countries. We're hosting at least 4 meetings a year.
• Promotion of the Open Source concept and the Drupal model in particular. Where ever possible, we are making ourselves heard and tell people about the great benefits of this business model and why this is going to be the future of software in general.
