ITCON, a CMMI Level 3 and ITIL-Certified firm, was contracted by the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) office to support the program’s Drupal-based website, with a specific focus on analyzing and improving the information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation.

ITCON, a CMMI Level 3 and ITIL-Certified firm, provides extensive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and enhancement support for the What’s Cooking? website, a collaborative project initiated by several program areas within the USDA Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services (FNCS). The mission-critical website helps various program areas under FNCS communicate key information about their initiatives, serving an important need for the program areas’ target audiences and stakeholders. The What’s Cooking site is a dynamic website that allows users to access a diverse range of recipes, providing key nutritional information and cost estimates, including
the ability for users to plan multi-day menus in accordance with their nutritional goals and/or financial constraints.
